This 5 bedroom 3 bath split level home on a 1/2 acre is the perfect vacation rental for one or two families. Three bedrooms upstairs (all approximately 15' x 12') One bedroom has a small bathroom with a shower. The guest bathroom is also upstairs. Down stairs there are two more bedrooms (approximately 13' x 13') There is a den off of these two bedrooms and a very nice bathroom with a shower. Sliding glass doors lead to the patio outside. The laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing/board and sink are also downstairs. The kitchen is completely redone with granite countertop, new cherry wood cabinets and new appliances. The long bar with six barstools make this kitchen great for entertaining. There is also a living area off of the kitchen. We have converted the two car garage into a den/game room. There is enough room to park cars in the driveway and on the street. The backyard is currently undergoing some renovations, pictures will be available soon. The backyard has grass all the way around it. There are two patios, with tables and umbrellas and a BBQ. There is also a large jacuzzi on one of the patios and a basketball court. Lots of room to run around, great for kids and of course your well behaved pet. Please no smoking. Owner manages property and will happily accommodate each individual families desires

Rates are in $US. Any rental booked for less than thirty one (31) days is subject to City/County of Santa Barbara Transient Occupancy Tax of 10%. Until confirmed subject to change without notice.
