A $ 1,000.00 deposit is due upon receipt of this agreement to confirm and secure your reservation. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund minus a $95.00 rebooking fee if the cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival will not result in a refund unless we are able to re-book the property for the same scheduled period you have reserved.
